Am I able to return or exchange
• Step #1 - Email us at info@grpfly.com with your order number and proof of the unworn, unwashed item.
• Step #2 - We will approve/deny your return
• Step #3 - Package and ship your return, and include a copy of the packing slip if possible, as well as a note with any instructions for our shipping team regarding your exchange/return. That's it!
What are acceptable forms of payment?
We accept all major credit or debit card; Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. PayPal can be used as well.
How can I track my order? How long is shipping?
Once product is shipped, customer will receive a shipping confirmation email explaining the date shipped and the tracking number. After a 1-2 days to process your order, there’s an additional 2-3 business days for ground shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally; customers should expect 10-12 business days for product to arrive.
