Today was a day for adventure! Jabee and I took an afternoon trip to local boutique Blue 7 to chat it up and check out what they were up to. Blue 7 at the momment is actually expanding their store and is definitely changing up the local retailing game. Not only are they the best place to get denim in Oklahoma City, but they carry some great tee-shirt brands! Such as…. GRP FLY!! and yes I’m a shameless self promoter.

Now lately I’ve been in debate with some people about the good ol’ American Apparel tee. It’s definitely a great quality and feel, but can it withstand the blood, sweat, and tears of a skater? I shall definitely have to put this to the test. More on this subject in another post.

Now throughout the whole store there are tons and tons of unique little toys and house-hold decor. The little kid in me can’t help but want to buy it all. Speaking of little kid…. oh crap I forgot to feed… eh oh well.

Nooka has definitely stepped their game up lately. Their color and material choices has always intrigued me. Though I can’t bring myself to let go of the Casio G-Shock, this would definitely be my second choice of wrist wear.

Speaking of G-Shocks, Blue-7 just got some in. They aren’t out on display yet but, being the generous and loving people that they are, we got a chance to view some and purchase one early. Trust me people, big things are happening. Big things.

After Blue-7, Jabee and I took a quick trip over to Pepperoni Grill up at Pennsquare. I’m not a fan of restaurants in malls but, I’d never been there before and Jabee insisted I try it. For some reason when I get cheese grated onto my meal it always gets a little awkward. The waiter always says, “tell me when to stop.” The problem is I could probably eat the whole freakin block of cheese so I have to fight my addiction fresh parmasean and yell “STOP!!”

Over all it was a successful afternoon and my food wasn’t half bad. Actually it sucked but that’s not the point. The point is… wait, there never was a point was there? Oh yeah! I hate restaurants in malls.
