First leak off Hannibal King’s (free) debut project, Eating Cornbread on the Millennium Falcon (cover art after the jump), which is presented by illRoots & GroupFly Clothing. Dallas raised artist Mes the Jive Turkey has been making quality hip-hop music for over 10 years. After living in LA for 3 years we’ve watched him grow into the mature, seasoned emcee that he is today. Inspired by the new found sunshine and beaches of Southern California he is making his best music to date.
Wonderful is a great exhibition of Mes’ talents including great writing and production on this beast of a track. Digging into his roots he calls in fellow artists Headkrack & Dawg Wonder both calling Dallas their current home. These three show off some great chemistry and bring us a perfect summer song to play at every pool party and get those pretty girls dancing. Wonderful…
Since we are setting up a booth at this year’s Kixpo, I felt that it was only right to show off my small sneaker collection, I am a Nike Force classic junkie…(Dunks, Court Forces, AF1 Lo’s), don’t get me wrong, if I see some joints I like I will rock’em. June 7th - 11th, was the annual YFC Urban Summer Camp we helped organize and put on for Oklahoma City students. Among the many volunteers were Jabee, L.T.Z., Exodus Movement, and Cam along with many others. We had the honor of designing the camp tee for this impacting camp.
